18 Wheels of Justice page 1 | page 2 Click on thumbnail to enlarge TNN's first original action drama stars Lucky Vanous as Justice Department Special Agent Michael Cates, whose boss (played by Billy Dee Williams) puts him in a witness protection program as a truck driver to protect him from the mob.  Susan plays his wife, Maryanne, who along with their daughter, Stacy, is murdered by the mob and is seen in flashbacks.
