 With
his own family overseas, when Thorsten Kaye thinks of being home for the
holidays, he thinks of being with longtime girlfriend Susan Haskell (ex-Granya).
Since playing torrid lovers Patrick and Marty on ONE LIFE TO LIVE in the
mid-90's, the two actors have continued playing an important role in each
other's lives.
"I didn't fall in love with
an actress, I fell in love with a beautiful woman," Kaye explains.
"I mean, what she does for a living is not my deal. That's where
we met, but it's not who she is."
While Kaye considers himself
to be a "serious" man, his friends know he's got a playful side. It's a
personality trait Haskell gladly puts up with. Describing their house --
a popular hangout of the PC cast -- Kaye observes, "It's like a child lives
there. You know, there's pinball machines and air hockey tables!
